WHY REAL ESTATE?

Real Estate was the furthest thing from my mind… I loved building homes! One day as I was finishing up the final work on a new home, an agent brought in a family to see it. The agent stood at the door the whole time while the husband went one way and the wife and three kids went another… about 5 minutes later they all headed for the door! I got down off my ladder and stopped the husband to ask if I could answer any questions and he said, “Yes, as a matter of fact, I do have some questions!” After 20 minutes of talking to him while his agent said nothing, I thought, “I can and should become a realtor!”
For me, that was the “AHA MOMENT!” Thanks to that unknown agent who changed my life forever. I went on to not only sell residential homes, but beginning in 2011, I worked with ranch sales in MT, WY, and ND.

WHY MERIDIAN?

I am surrounded by over 20 well-respected, smart, and savvy professionals! Why wouldn’t I want to be surrounded by the best of the best in Billings?!

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE MONTANA WAY OF LIFE?

I love the Montana tenacity and independence! Even if you are a transplant, you have to become tenacious to find your place here. Folks here are hard working and deal with some tough conditions year-round but are also quick to help others in need. They give unselfishly – that’s the Montana way of life!

WHAT DO YOU DO FOR FUN?

I travel around the country with my family when we make the time. I like to do construction projects and love seeing what others are doing. Getting ideas for new projects is great fun!

WHAT'S THE MOST RECENT THING YOU'VE DONE ON YOUR BUCKET LIST?

My “list” is very short as I am content where I’m at in life. The one thing that I couldn’t “make” happen, is finally happening – our youngest daughter and her husband are having our very FIRST grandson! So my wife’s and my bucket is going to be full for a very long time.

RANDOM THOUGHT:

You get what you put out there. If you want to be happy, learn to make others happy that they met YOU! Have fun – life is awfully short! And don’t take yourself too seriously (a life lesson taught by my dad and mom).
